Quick Metal Shop & Dakoma Roofing: AI-Powered Ad Creatives

image
Every ad in this case study was scripted, rendered, voiced, and edited without a camera, a studio, or a single actor. Nothing was filmed. Every scene is AI-generated, and the timeline from brief to published ad is measured in hours, not weeks. Two production approaches sit under this same umbrella. The two performance ads (01-02) use fully AI-rendered scenes carried by an AI voice-over, with no on-camera presenter and just visuals and narration doing the selling. The two flagship creative pieces (03-04) go a step further, putting an AI-generated avatar directly on camera as the spokesperson. Different visual approach, same underlying toolkit. Proof the system flexes to the format each objective calls for. The four ads below are ordered to tell that story: first, the two performance ads that QMS ran to hit hard business goals (direct sales, then qualified leads); then, the two flagship avatar-led creatives that showcase the more advanced side of the AI production process, one for each brand. Objective: send cold and warm audiences straight to the QMS Shopify store and convert them into paying customers for the Puerto Rico Collection, a line of custom metal pieces with strong cultural resonance. Production note: every scene is AI-generated, but there's no avatar here. The story is carried by visuals and an AI voice-over, a leaner build than the flagship pieces below.

Meta Ads Manager: Performance overview, Website purchases campaign Nearly 4x return on every dollar spent is a strong number for a cold-traffic e-commerce campaign, especially one built entirely on AI-generated creative. This ad didn't just get views; it closed sales, proving the format holds up under the toughest test in paid social: the checkout page. Objective: generate qualified Meta leads from a technical, hard-to-reach B2B audience of welders, architects, and fabricators who make purchasing and specification decisions for custom metalwork projects. Production note: same lean approach as the webshop ad. AI-generated scenes narrated by an AI voice-over, no avatar on camera.

Meta Ads Manager: Performance overview, Meta leads campaign At $3.45 per lead for a specialized, professional audience, this campaign turned a modest budget into a pipeline of 260 qualified contacts. It's proof that AI-generated creative can speak convincingly to technical buyers and not just consumer audiences when the script and targeting are dialed in. This is the centerpiece creative for the webshop: a Latina spokesperson, fully AI-generated from face to voice, speaking directly to camera about one of QMS's custom metal pieces from the Puerto Rico Collection. It's designed to feel like an authentic testimonial, not an ad.
What makes this ad remarkable isn't just that it performs. Nothing you see or hear was filmed. The avatar, the delivery, the voice: all synthetic, all produced by one person, all built to feel human. It's the clearest proof point in this case study that AI-powered creative can carry a brand's emotional story, not just its call to action. To prove the system travels beyond QMS, the same pipeline was applied to Dakoma Roofing, a roofing company based in Florida. Here, the AI avatar plays a Dakoma worker, shown on a rooftop mid-repair. A completely different setting, tone, and audience from the metalwork ads, executed with the exact same process.
This is the real takeaway: the workflow isn't tied to one brand's look or one industry's audience. Swap the script, the avatar, and the setting, and the same lean pipeline produces a completely convincing ad for an entirely different vertical. Roofing instead of metal fabrication, blue-collar trade instead of design-forward retail. The two flagship creatives (03–04) follow the full four-stage avatar pipeline, run end-to-end by one person:
  • Avatar creation: The on-screen presenter is generated in Higgsfield using Nano Banana Pro, producing a photorealistic, brand-appropriate face for each campaign.
  • Animation: The static avatar is brought to life with Kling 3.0, adding natural motion, expression, and lip movement.
  • Voice: ElevenLabs generates a cloned, natural-sounding voice track matched to the script and the avatar's delivery.
  • Post-production: CapCut Pro handles captions, edit pacing, voice-over layering, and final polish before the ad goes live.
The two performance ads (01-02) run a lighter version of the same toolkit: AI-generated scenes, an ElevenLabs voice-over in place of an avatar, and the same CapCut Pro finishing pass, skipping the avatar and animation steps entirely for a faster, more direct-response-friendly build. No studio time, no talent fees, no shoot scheduling. Just a script, a brief, and a handful of AI tools stitched into two repeatable workflows suited to two different jobs: fast performance ads, and flagship brand storytelling. This case study isn't about novelty. It's about reliability. The same four-step AI pipeline delivered a 3.92x ROAS on a direct-sales campaign, a $3.45 cost per lead on a technical B2B audience, and two flagship creatives that carried an entirely different brand's story into a new industry without missing a beat. That combination of consistent process, adaptable output, and results that hold up under real ad spend is what makes this more than a creative experiment. It's a system that scales.
