In June 2026, ArquiExpo brought together metal fabricators, architects, and engineers under one roof, exactly the audience Quick Metal Shop needed to win over. This wasn't just another event: it was the first time the brand would show up live, face to face, in front of the very people who decide which fabrication partner deserves their trust.Months earlier, that brand manual didn't exist. It was built from scratch: logo, color palette, typography, patterns, tone of voice for both B2B and B2C. ArquiExpo 2026 became its first real trial by fire. Could the brand system hold up outside a screen, in a physical, three-dimensional space, surrounded by dozens of competitors fighting for the same attention?
Act One · The Booth
The Brand Manual, Turned Into Space
Working alongside Quick Metal Shop's design team, every rule in the manual was translated into materials, lighting, and surfaces: Slate Blue and Steel Gray anchoring the panels as a backdrop of technical authority; Vivid Orange showing up exactly where the manual says it should, pulling the eye toward the message that matters, the same way it's used for "quote" buttons and offers in digital applications. The manual's geometric, hexagonal patterns repeated across the ceiling and the laser-cut panels, a quiet reminder in every corner that this is, quite literally, a precision-cutting company.3D render of the booth, designed to follow Quick Metal Shop's brand systemThe booth, fully built and live at ArquiExpo 2026The result speaks for itself: Quick Metal Shop's booth stood out as one of the best at the entire event. Not because it was the biggest or the most expensive, but because every element, from the Teko typography on the signage to the hexagonal pattern on the walls, came from one coherent system, built with intention from the very first sketch of the brand manual.
Act Two · The Video
A B2B Video That Moves to the Beat of Its Own Song
To back up the physical presence at the show, a corporate video over two minutes long was produced, aimed squarely at a B2B audience: a piece built to show, without detours, what Quick Metal Shop does and why an engineer or architect should trust their next project to this company.
But what really sets this video apart isn't just what you see. It's what you hear. The entire soundtrack is an original composition, created specifically for Quick Metal Shop with the AI tool Suno: an electronic track whose lyrics carry the brand's message from start to finish. This isn't stock music or a generic library cue. It's a song written to measure for this company, carrying its own message. That soundtrack didn't just sit in the background. It became the backbone of the edit. In several stretches of the video, the cuts, camera moves, and scene changes are timed to the exact rhythm of the song, a post-production choice that turns the video into an audiovisual experience, not just another corporate reel. That same song was also a standout moment at the event itself, catching the audience's attention at ArquiExpo 2026.
The Outcome
One Coherent Brand, From the Page to the Stage
What makes this case strong isn't the booth on its own, or the video on its own. Both were born from the exact same place: a brand manual written from scratch, built to hold up in any medium, physical or audiovisual. The same blue that structures a PDF document is the one dominating a ten-foot-tall panel. The same sturdy typography that signals precision on a slide is the one appearing on the booth's signage and the video's captions. That's ultimately the point of a well-built brand manual: not to be a document that sits in a drawer, but a guide that lets a logo, a color palette, and a tone of voice become an award-worthy booth, a video with its own original soundtrack, and a brand the industry starts to recognize just by spotting a hexagonal pattern or hearing three notes of a song. Without losing coherence along the way.
